- Sarah has had a passion for real estate from a young age, it is something she grew up around as her dad has had a rental property business in Waitara for the past 20 years.

Sarah spent a year as an exchange student in Arkansas, USA and upon her return spent 18 months prior to joining Bayleys at a large New Plymouth based law firm which provided valuable experience with regards to the legalities of various property transactions.
