Mark Monckton

Mark was born and raised in Gisborne and then attended secondary school in Wanganui which was followed by a short period in Wellington. From there time was spent in the UK pursuing equestrian interests before returning to New Zealand and settling in the Manawatu / Rangitikei region.


Mark has been heavily involved in the agricultural industry for the past 18 years, both in management and ownership, with wide experience in Dairy, Sheep and Beef (both breeding and finishing) and cropping.

Within the community he has contributed largely to any club or organization he has had involvement with and current interests include fishing and equestrian activities.


Recently Mark along with his wife Jules and two young children have relocated to New Plymouth to take the opportunity to launch and establish the Bayleys Country team.


Marks commitment to the role and the region is evident as shown by relocating to a new area to take up the challenge Bayleys has offered he also has a huge enthusiasm to offer a service to all clients that is above all.
