Raised in New Plymouth he prides himself as an experienced Auctioneer, holds an independent Auctioneers license and is also a member of the real Estate Institute of new Zealand.

In his spare time, Graham still enjoys distance and cross country running (Life member of New Plymouth Harrier Club), Refereeing rugby (still active) and social golf. And after 36 years involvement with the New Zealand Crippled Children Society is the current chairperson of the local executive committee.
